2. PC / Laptop

Windows 10/11 or macOS with minimum Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB RAM. Must run remote diagnostic and CRM tools smoothly.

3. USB Headset

Dedicated noise-canceling wired USB headset with an adjustable boom microphone. Bluetooth or standard 3.5mm wireless earbuds are strictly not permitted.

4. Quiet Workspace

A private, distraction-free home office area with a closed door, free from background noise, street traffic, or household interruptions throughout the entire shift.

5. Good English Level

Solid B2+ to C1 spoken and written English proficiency to communicate effortlessly with North American clients, teammates, and operational managers.

6. Immediate Availability

Readiness to begin full-time paid onboarding training immediately upon selection, with flexible coverage during standard US business hours.
